Pupkin Shake



  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (from a can)

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)

  • Crushed nuts (such as chopped pecans or walnuts) for garnish

  • A light sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice


  1. In a blender, combine the canned pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, pumpkin pie spice, and honey.

  2. Blend until everything is well mixed and smooth.

  3. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if necessary.

  4. Pour the shake into a large glass or a jar.

  5. Top the shake with a generous dollop of whipped cream from a can.

  6. Sprinkle crushed nuts (chopped pecans or walnuts) on top of the whipped cream.

  7. Add a light sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice for extra flavor and a festive touch.
